Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

• To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required. This must be printed out and placed inside the parcel.
• Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale Items: We do not offer returns on items purchased on sale.
